Why I Rebuilt This Podcast From the Inside Out.

A blurred person walking past a wooden bookshelf filled with framed photos, books, art, and decorative items in a living room.

Innerspace is a space for reflection, awareness, and lived experience.

From the outside, everything looks right. The business is thriving. The goals are met. But somewhere beneath the surface, something feels off. When the life you've built stops feeling like the one you were meant to live, you enter a transition most people aren't prepared for.

Innerspace is where high performing founders, creators, and leaders come to explore that moment. The uncertainty. The awakening. The internal signals people learn to trust or ignore. Presence before performance. Embodiment over abstraction. Experience over advice.

We don't give answers. We explore better questions. Everything else follows.

MEET THE HOST

Brett Kaufman

Brett Kaufman guides high performing humans through life's most meaningful transitions.

As an entrepreneur, investor, and advisor, Brett helps founders, executives, and creators realign with what truly matters. Through his private advisory practice, Kaufman Capital, and his podcast, Innerspace, he works with those standing at the threshold between what was and what's next.

After decades of outward success, Brett discovered that fulfillment doesn't come from more achievement. It comes from deeper awareness. That realization led him to blend conscious leadership, entrepreneurship, and inner work into one integrated practice. What started as The Gravity Podcast became a proving ground for something deeper. The questions got more honest. The lens shifted inward. The name changed because the work demanded it.

Brett's philosophy is simple: real growth begins with total surrender. Let go of the narratives that no longer serve you, and clarity follows. He brings both the precision of a strategist and the presence of a guide, showing up with curiosity and a willingness to sit in the uncomfortable space between knowing and not knowing.

This is active inner work. And it starts with a conversation.
